YourDigital Linker is a secure tool built by YourDigital Pty Ltd that connects your Google advertising and analytics accounts to our platform, so we can build your performance reports and manage the accounts you’ve engaged us to run, all with your explicit permission.

When you become a client, YourDigital Linker lets you securely grant us access to the Google services your campaigns run on. We use that access only to deliver the marketing and reporting services you’ve signed up for, never for anything else.

Google services we connect to

With your authorisation, YourDigital Linker connects to the following Google services using Google’s official APIs. We request only the access needed to deliver your services.

Google Ads

Read campaign and performance data and manage the ad accounts we run for you.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Access reporting data and manage analytics property access on your behalf.

Google Tag Manager

Read container configuration and manage tag/container access.

Google Merchant Center

Access product and merchant data to support shopping campaigns.

Google Business Profile, where relevant to your service, is granted manually by you through Google Business Profile. YourDigital Linker does not access it through Google APIs.

How it works

How linking works

    You give permission

    You sign in with Google and approve exactly which services YourDigital Linker may access. Nothing is connected without your explicit consent.

    We connect securely

    Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We never see or store your Google password.

    We deliver your service

    We use the connection to generate reports and manage the accounts you’ve engaged us to run.

    You stay in control

    You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account, or by contacting us directly.

Your data & privacy

YourDigital’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to others, or use it to train AI models.
